I have Apple care insurance on my phone, and recently the screen has started failing out. Can I take it into the Apple Store and get a replacement on the spot? Or do I have to do it online?

1. Go to Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
2. Go to "Get hardware help".
3. Select your hardware and continue selecting options requiring replacing parts until you see "Bring in for Repair"
4. Sign in with your Apple ID
Whether or not they can do it on the spot may depend upon the stock they have.
