Unable to open Microsoft Word Format Document, Custom Margins windows in Ventura 13.3.1

I have a 2020 Macbook Air with Ventura 13.3.1. In Word (which I just updated, BTW; version 16.72), when I go to Format>Document, no dialog box opens. Same thing when I go to Layout>Margins>Custom Margins and Layout>Size. There may be more dialog boxes I can't open, but I am not yet aware of them. Does anyone know of a fix?
