Troubleshooting Family Account Activity:

Troubleshoot this like you would any hacked account. Some thoughts...

Secure your Account:

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all device are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

B. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them. Starting with a new eMail.

C. Don't Share your Credentials:

How does he know of this info? Probably because you've shared it with him. So, refrain from sharing it, and start with a new eMail address for your Apple ID. Don't share the eMail address.

C. Set this Up Anew:

If you are so concerned, then reset your iPhone, as if you were to sell it. Perform as interacted here, including the iCloud Logout and backup creation: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. All would be seen anew once you reset it. the phone number will not be removed --so no worries there.
