I’m looking for certification of ios can any one guide me how to apply and which course is best ?

You'll need to be more specific- are you talking about applying to become an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Apple-sponsored developer training?
The former - Apple Authorized Service Provider Program - Official Apple Support
The latter - App Developer Training - Apple Training
