Updated software to 15.7.5, now hotspot won’t communicate. Is there a fix?

Thanks much! I had done the power down reset several times.

Noticed that WiFi was turned "off" in SETTINGS and turned it on and voila!

Apparently updating software and restarting iPhone turned it off. It says "not connected" but I guess it has to be on for Personal Hotspot to work.

B. Reset Location & Privacy Settings:

It will reset its prompting for computer, prompting you once more, hopefully not going through a loop this time.

You have already powered off and restarted the iPhone, correct?

You have already powered off and restarted other Wi-Fi devices that will connect to the hotspot, correct?

If not, now would be a good time to do this.
