Screen Time Passcode

How do I reset my screen time passcode? I don’t remember what it was, and my Apple ID is greyed out.

Do you have a MDM profile?

- Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
