AppStore Connect page keeps refreshing

Has anyone faced this problem, whenever I am trying to access app store connect, it keeps refreshing. The URL opens: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.2

App Store just spins when trying to download app Trying to download apps from the Apple Store and it will just spin after I enter my password. Usually a restart fixes it but it's not working.

Clear cookies and data, remove any add-on VPN client and remove any add-on ad blockers and remove any add-on security apps, update to current macOS Ventura, and try again.
