Ive seen so many people saying “I got charged for the free trial on facetune without it asking me anything” and i wanna know if anyone is going through that. I dont want to be scammed and this discussion will be here so that if i do get charged apple better fix it ASAP

I signed up to the free day trial and cancelled it after 24hours but I was still charged $100 for the full subscription! I have tried to contact them but they say they have nothing to do with payments. I have tried to process through Apple directly like the instructions say, but the payment does not come up. Beware, this is a scam!!
We were saved by our creditcard company that marked it as a potential scam. We immediately locked our card and they got nothing. (They tried to charge $60)
just the fact that the bank’s algorithms are flagging this transaction should say a lot.
it didn’t show in the subscription view either. It was a sneak attack. We just replaced the credit card because the trust had been breached.
Facetune app is a scam! I have just got hold of Wells Fargo (my bank) to dispute their charge. This app is a trap. Apple please get rid of this app it is scamming people and stealing money from peoples accounts. it is manipulative and it makes everyone fearful of downloading an app or being scammed into a subscription that it’s almost impossible to get out of.
I spent 1hour with apple the other day and they did nothing because the app didn’t appear under subscription so they told me to call my bank. I had to cancel my credit card. This is a pain as I need to advise all my recurrent subscriptions. Now I found over apple community that other be people had issues with this company app. They are obviously not on Apple blacklist. Apple please resolve this issue as you are accountable of keep ling our credit card secret
Not in this case.. this “subscription” is behind the scenes and not visible in the subscription view. There’s no subscription until they strike out of nowhere.
How can i be charged when i dont have the app for months and nothing shows in my subscriptions??
