Use Apple Watch sleep tracking without alarm on watch

I can’t believe this isn’t fixed yet. I have seen multiple questions with hundreds of Me-Toos regarding this:

HOW can I disable the wake up alarm on my apple watch, so that I only get it on my iPhone, without losing the ability to use my Apple Watch for sleep tracking?

I have just overslept because the Apple Watch only vibrated, which is not enough for me to wake up to. Of course to even have a wake-up sound play on the watch you would have to disable silent mode each time before going to bed, which is another dumb feature.

The only solution I see is disabling sleep on the watch but then that would disable SLEEP TRACKING, the ONLY feature that keeps me wearing it to bed.

You can set up a standard alarm on the iPhone and set up sleep schedule on Watch without the wake up alarm.

You can disable the push of the iPhone alarm Push Alerts to the Watch if you want in iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Clock

It is only a workaround but one that I use as the sleep schedule doesn't keep bugging me if I get up to the bathroom too near to wake up time.
