Can’t stare iPhones screen longer

i have been using iPhones from past 2 years starting from iPhone 11,12 and bought 13 pro recently what I have observed is can’t stare for longer hours or for few Minutes feels like headache or dizziness or causes eye strain so for the same reason I have searched in the internet and even some of the people suffering from it. Upon checking I came to know that it is bcz of screens they use for the phones so I need to step back and again need to purchase iPhone SE or 11 just to avoid this problem. I have used one plus and google pixel phones no such issues occurred so requesting apple to look at this issue once about oled screens!!!!!
