How to get appleID in the system settings on mac

This is missing on my mac. Suggest remedy

Please refer to Manage your Apple ID settings on Mac - Apple Support, Step 1:

"If you don’t see your name, click Sign in with your Apple ID to enter your Apple ID or to create one."
