got error when I charge PASMO(Japanese transportation card) with apple pay.

I tried to charge PASMO with my bank of america card through apple pay and said "payment not completed."

Does anyone know how to fix?

VISA is currently blocking foreign issue VISA for Suica and PASMO recharge.

Use Mastercard or AMEX

Apple Pay error when trying to top up Suica/Pasmo Hello, I haven’t been able to top up my Suica or PASMO on my IPhone for 2 weeks now. I tried with many different credit cards and on 2 different phones, but always receive the « payment not complete » error message. Any idea on how to fix this?
