got error when I charge PASMO(Japanese transportation card) with apple pay.

I tried to charge PASMO with my bank of america card through apple pay and said "payment not completed."

Does anyone know how to fix?

VISA is currently blocking foreign issue VISA for Suica and PASMO recharge.

Use Mastercard or AMEX
