About iOS update
My iOS updation is downloading only partially,and after that it is showing preparing updations. I’m currently using iPhone X

That's normal, and it might take several minutes to finish that process (depending also on the quantity of data/media/apps on your device, and on the available free storage on it), then it verifies the update, then the installation starts. Be patient.
