Epson L805 printing only blank pages from Mac

Hello, just got the Epson L805 printer, I went on the website, got the drivers for my Mac (Big Sur) and started the process.

First problem I encountered was the printer was not recognized via USB, so I couldn't complete the installation, so I connected the printer to wi-fi via their mobile app Epson Smart Panel (printing from my phone works).

Then I installed drivers manually from Printers & Scanners, it says connected, everything should be fine, but when I try printing anything the printer starts taking out all the paper I loaded one by one, and then it gives the no paper error.
