i do not have a fitness tracker listed here.

i bought an off brand fitness tracker a few years ago which is not listed in the app and therefore not recording my steps. besides purchasing another smartwatch, is there a way to get my steps into the app?

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Probably you are using third-party apps and a third-party device.
