Now playing widget

So I use Spotify and I don’t really like the little widget at the bottom of my screen. Is there anyway to get rid of that?

How can I remove Music Widget from iPhone Control Centre? If anyone is having trouble removing the Now Playing music widget from the iPhone Control Centre, I believe I've found the solution. Swipe down from the top RH of the screen to access the Control Centre, and there will be a tiny cross at the LH top of the screen (cunningly designed so it's nearly invisible). Touch the cross and all widgets will appear with a minus icon. Any widget with that icon can then be removed from the Control Centre by touching the minus icon. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Unable to delete a widget on my home screen HI, I don't see delete option for one of a widget and there is nothing on the bookmark. The app does not exists on settings and need your help to clean it up.

Unfortunately, the player widget will be visible on the lock screen when playing media. This cannot be disabled.
