Archiving Notes?

Is their a method to archive old note with attachments? Or an App anyone recommends to archive older notes and be able to retrieve if and when needed.

Hello narange,


The Notes application does not have an archive function in it, however you can create separate folders in it. If you're looking to clear some things out of the main notes folder, you can create a folder or multiple folders to move items to.


1. In the Notes app  on your Mac, select a folder in the sidebar in the account where you want to create a new folder.
2. Choose File > New Folder, or click New Folder at the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Enter a name for the folder.
