It is not clear from your post if you are using Apple Music or any Video or a third-party Music/Video subscription.

When you select an AirPlay2-supported device for audio playback through Apple Music, it should automatically transfer the audio from your iPhone to the device without pausing the music. If you are experiencing issues where the music pauses and you have to play it again from your iPhone, then...

  1. If you are experiencing any difficulty with third-party Music apps then please contact the app developer directly. Here is how to contact an App developer --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
  2. Play audio on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 11.4 or later, or a Mac with macOS Catalina or later. Then use AirPlay to stream that audio to your AirPlay-compatible speakers or smart TVs.
  3. Make sure both your iPhone and the AirPlay2-supported device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  4. Restart both your iPhone and the AirPlay2-supported device.
  5. Update the firmware of the AirPlay2-supported device to the latest version.
  6. Disable and re-enable AirPlay on your iPhone by going to Control Center and tapping on the AirPlay icon.
  7. Try using a different audio source, such as a different app or a different audio file, to see if the issue persists.
  8. If the issue persists, try resetting your iPhone's network settings by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings." This will erase all of your Wi-Fi passwords and other network settings, so make sure you have them handy before proceeding.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be a hardware issue with either your iPhone or the AirPlay2-supported device. In this case, you may need to contact Apple Support or the manufacturer of the AirPlay2-supported device for further assistance.
