Reset balance to zero
I want to change my Apple ID region. I need to reset my Apple ID to zero for it. Can you do it please?
Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't.
