Acquire a MiFi or Jetpack or similar from your carrier.

That device provides a Wi-Fi network, using your cellular plan.

Have a substantial data cap, too.

Otherwise, no, 5G or Wi-Fi is needed; see the reply above.

Not on an iPhone 7; it requires an iPhone 12 or newer on a 5G network.
