Your iPhone 6 is not supported by iOS 1e and later. iOS 12 is the end of the line.

For apps requiring newer iOS, your options are a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.

Updating an iPhone 6 Past iOS 12:

A. You can't.  The iPhone 6 will only install to iOS 12. See here: Update your iPhone or iPad Software if you're Experiencing Issues with Location, Date, and Time - Apple Support. And, for the note, even if you could update, only the latest version will install: iOS 16.

So, what to Try:
