How can a parent enable app tracking on their child’s phone, who is under 18, And can it be done through family sharing.

But is there any way possible to enable “app tracking” on a phone of a Apple ID under 18 years old

I believe it would have to be done on the phone itself but you might then be able to controls the setting using parental restrictions.
