Locked iPad can’t remember passcode iCloud not backing up data so there may not be a backup up to date can I do this on comp since it’s same iCloud +Apple ID connected with all my other devices/accounts

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Settings to allow you to regain access to the iPad can not be altered by signing into another account. If you are unable to remember the passcode, for security reason you will have to restore the iPad. Restoring the iPad will remove all data including the passcode from the iPad.

Old iPad not on my devices anymore; locked out forgot passcode, can u login to iCloud or Apple is since it’s same as my other devices and alter settings
