RDP sessions to windows server

I'm using Royal TSX and Microsoft Remote Desktop to RDP my Windows server vms (on VMWARE environment).

If my MacBook Pro M1 is on battery (without power cable connected) all sessions disconnect when I lock the screen (command-control-Q).

How can I avoid this?

If I'm with power cable this doesn't happen so I think it's a battery save option.
