Can I get a replacement apple leather case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max

I’ve had my green leather case for maybe a month and I take it to work with me and it is a bit dusty but I never drop my phone or anything yet the Forbes turned blackish and when tried to rub off with a paper towel and some water it didn’t seem to come off, I’m wondering if I can get a replacement as it’s a bit ridiculous a $70 case didn’t last long at all and I am laying with it with the Apple Card
