When I am installing an app on the App Store, it asks me to double click the side button to install. I double click it and it still won’t install. I have been having multiple issues since I got the watch such as the watch not synced with my iPhone, apps from the app store are missing, contacts not synced, everything isn’t working.

We'd be happy to help out. It's very possible that you're not double-clicking quick enough or the button itself might be stuck perhaps. If you press the Side button is it working as you'd expect it to when not downloading an app from the App Store?
