Why am I unable to install apps on my Ultra 2 watch?
I just upgraded to an Apple Ultra 2 watch. So I have several apps that work on my phone and I have checked to see if they work on the Ultra 2 and they do. On my watch app I click install and it will not install them to the actual watch.
When I try to do it from the watch on the app store it tells me this message on the watch screen Unable to download "Theres a problem with a previous purchase. To review the problem, see your purchase history" Then it asks for my password. I enter it and it does absolutely nothing. Basically goes back to the same screen on watch where I found the app I want.
I have no restrictions on my watch besides a passcode. So not sure why it is not letting apps download that I know are compatible with the Ultra 2.
Very frustrating when I have a watch which basically has all the stock apps on it that come with it. It's very weird since it won't let me download Pandora but when I have pandora playing on my phone the music shows up on my watch screen.
Hopefully someone can advise the issues. I've found some answers which say restart both devices, make sure devices software is up to date. They are both up to date and restarting did nothing.
