I am unable to download apps on my Apple Watch

I have tried to install apps on my Apple Watch through the App Store, I enter my password and it says “double click to install” or something along the lines of that, the place where it used to say “get” loads for a few seconds, then disappears. I’ve restarted the watch and I just can’t install it. Help?!?
