You can't stop that. Try using another Siri Language.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Go to Settings > Siri & Search. Tap Language to change the language that Siri uses for requests and responses.

It's very easy to get Siri to stop saying that. When you make a request, don't leave a pause between "Hey, Siri..." and the rest of the question. Just say it all at once: "Hey, Siri, what time is it in Ulan Bator?" Siri will answer and there will be no "uh huh?".
