After the last update to MacOS Ventura 13.3.1, letters appear on the screen with a delay when I type. This happens in various apps, including Safari, on my MacBook Pro 14".
Anybody noticed a similar issue? Can't see anything right away on Activity Monitor that might be the culprit.

Restart in Safe Mode. That takes a while, and the overall mac response is slow - that is to be expected.
Does it also show the typing lag in Safe Mode?
Restart normally and test again. Still lagging?
