How to track cadence on my Apple Watch while running
I would love to track my cadence while running, however all the replies I’ve read say to go to the Apple Watch app, select workout, then select run? That is not an option. Mine says low power mode, auto-pause, start workout reminder, end workout reminder, press to pause, detect gym equipment, workout playlist, units of measure, voice feedback, heart rate zones.
Nothing else and if I click on each of those options there are no options to change what shows like while I run. Am I missing something?
