Connecting: Old style keyboard for newish iMac (simple question but so far not on community board)

So 2 basic questions here - likely very simple for those more comfy with hardware-

I hate the teeny keyboard that came with my newish iMac (2021) - I long for my large old 'clicky' one, but am having trouble deciphering the USBs and which adapter(s) to use to get a friendlier keyboard.

(1) After searching the Apple community board, I went to Macsales & found something ($$!!) that might work.

I'm not sure how to connect it to my new computer with its multiple USB ports (2 USB 4 ports & 2 USB 3 ports) or if I will lose functionality on it.

(2) Otherwise, just wondering how I might connect one of my much older keyboards (a 2003 iMac 2 USB Keyboard Model A1048 EMC 1944) to one of the new ports on this computer - I know I may lose some functionality but I really love how these older ones feel when I type

Thanks in advance for your help
