My iPad storage is full I have many many photos in my iPad that can be deleted because I have the same photos in my iPhone if I delete the pictures in my iPad will that delete the pictures in my iPhone?

Are you using iCloud to sync your iPhone and your iPad?
If yes all photos that you delete from one device will automatically be deleted from all other devices and iCloud.
Please try this, it will reduce the space that your photos will need on your iPad
