iOS 16.4.1 Update

My iPhone 11 Pro recently did the new 16.4.1 update and now my cellular doesn’t work. I went to my provider to troubleshoot and installed a new sim and same issue, then went to the nearest Apple Store and was told that it’s my phone. Come on really my phone worked perfectly fine until the update, and now you all are telling me to get the same model and I have to pay 500.00 or upgrade.
