I have a MacBook Air, a Cannon printer and am connected to the wifi with Interphone.com. I can type a Word document and print that but I cannot get emails received through Interphone to print. Help

Are you using a special Interphone webmail via a web browser, or perhaps a third-party service like Outlook or Gmail?
Sorry, I do not know anything about Interphone webmail. Generally speaking, unless a print command is available, or a way to save a message as PDF, you could possibly try to copy the message text and then paste it into another application such as Word for printing. Alternatively, take a screenshot, and then print the resulting image. You may want to contact Interphone support for details about printing.
Outlook and Gmail provide a print command in a message menu.
