When I go into VPN and Device Management nothing shows up on the device management. What do I need to do?

Brand new mini IPad (6th generation/version 17.2) not connecting with any VPN? I recently purchased a new mini pad which was working fine until a recent software update. Then, it wasn't connecting to anything. Upon calling Applecare, I learned that they considered my VPN to be the problem, and it had to be disconnected. I am not happy about this. Why does my VPN work with my MacBook Pro laptop? I was also told that Apple products protect us in much the same way a VPN would -- in other words, that I really don't need that VPN. This is laughable!! Is anyone else as upset about this?? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Can’t delete VPN added by Palo Alto Network’s GlobalProtect app Has anyone ever experienced this? I installed Palo Alto Network’s GlobalProtect app from the app store. Later I deleted the app, however the VPN still shows up under Settings > VPN > DEVICE VPN. Also, when I click on the VPN there is no “Delete VPN” option. As it stands now I can not get this VPN off my device. This is happening on my iPad and iPhone. Besides wiping my device and starting over, can anyone thing of a fix for this?

That would be normal for a an iPhone with no management profiles installed.

Which is the normal case for most of us; no profiles loaded.
