I have a problem sim locked

Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone. Contact them and request an unlock. After you submit the request, it might take a few days to complete. Contact your carrier to check the status of your request.

- "To protect your SIM card from others using it for phone calls or cellular data, you can use a SIM PIN. Then, every time you restart your device or remove the SIM card, your SIM card will automatically lock and you'll see "Locked SIM" in the status bar."

You can: "Lock your SIM card with a PIN (personal identification number) to require an identification code for phone calls and cellular-data usage." Read this support article about that feature: Use a SIM PIN for your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If your sim is locked then you will need the pin for it. If you cant get it, go to your carrier and ask for a new sim.
