Hello, the monthly challenge for April has disappeared from my watch and phone. The target was to close the move ring 18 times in a row. I had just completed day 14 and went to check and it has gone. I have restarted the watch and phone with no joy. Please assist

First you may want to make sure the software on the watch and iphone are both up to date to the same second level. eg iOS16.4.1 and watchOS 9.4

If it is still misbehaving...
Unpair and set up again
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
and then set up again - takes about 20 minutes
