Hey there, janith256,

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. It looks like you were having an issue with your AirPods, and we are certainly happy to help figure that out with you.

Whenever we see unexpected behavior like this with AirPods, the best first step is often to try resetting the AirPods and reconnecting them to the device you're using them with. Resetting them can refresh the connection between those devices and often resolves unexpected issues. Here are the steps you can follow to reset your AirPods: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Once you've done that, test the AirPods again and see if the issue is resolved.

If that doesn't do the trick, we would also make sure that you are running the latest version of the firmware for your model AirPods. Firmware updates are an important part of the troubleshooting process as they can often include resolutions to issues like this as they're discovered. Here is how you can update your firmware if need be: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

We hope that this information is helpful.

Have a great day!
