how can I use a US debit card to make a payment to apple if I am in Lebanon?

Sorry, but that is not possible.

The card used to make payments must be from the same region as your AppleID.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

How can i do so? i tried to apply a visa card ( international but created in lebanon as resident) but it declined because the information in it mention lebanon

can i pay payment plan with an international card or bank account? I have a remaining balance in my Apple Card and I want to make a payment plan with installments but I live in Europe. Can I pay with my European card or bank account and how? Is that possible? Does anyone know the process? Thank you
