There could be a few potential causes for this issue. Here are a few things you can try to resolve it:

  1. Update your macOS and Xebec drivers: Make sure you have the latest macOS version and Xebec drivers installed on your MacBook. Outdated software can sometimes cause issues with peripherals.
  2. Adjust the power settings: The issue might be related to the power settings of your MacBook. Try adjusting the power settings to see if that resolves the issue. For example, you can try disabling the "Turn display off after" option under "Energy Saver" in System Preferences.
  3. Change the display settings: Try changing the display settings on your MacBook to see if that resolves the issue. For example, you can try changing the display resolution, refresh rate, or scaling options.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect the Xebec: Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Xebec to your MacBook to see if that resolves the issue.
  5. Contact Xebec support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Xebec support for further assistance. They may have additional troubleshooting steps or updates that can resolve the issue.
