My Wi-Fi calling is spotted it’s not working

Who is your Internet provider? Jio Fibre connection at your home?
WiFi Call is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
If your Cellular carrier provider is not on good terms with your ISP (Internet Service Provider over WiFi) then you will have these issues.
Call them both and get this sorted out.
Neither Apple nor iPhone has anything to do with this
