AppleID on MacStudio fails to load devices

I changed my AppleID on 5 devices, 3 iPads, Iphone and MacStudio. No problems on 4 devices except for the MacStudio. After many attempts, the MacStudio shows the correct AppleID in settings but under "Devices" shows "Failed to load devices". Signing in to iCloud works only on the web and every time is treated as if this was a "new" device, requesting a 6 digit code. All devices are updated, re-started, etc....

I'm having this issue on an M1 Pro Macbook Pro also. When I click on my name in Settings I get a spinner in the Devices box that eventually outputs "Failed to load devices". This is not the first time I've had sync issues with Apple ID/Icloud. I think this has to do with my user coming from Active Directory.

I really frustrated with my MacBook pro won't read my iPad as a second monitor. I decided to change apple account by creating a new account and suddenly it it worked for me. I had tried to restart my Mac, my pad and update the latest macOS or IpadOS. None of these work. So remember I'm not the expert, but we can share a little tip together. Thank you.

Apple support does not read things you post here. They address problems that come to them through the Genius Bar, the official apple support site, and occasionally, through Trends reported through the feedback links.

With the exception of some 'Apple community support' representatives, clearly identified by their distinctive avatars, Apple employees are PROHIBITED from replying here.

We have no way to escalate issues reported here to the official Apple support teams. As BDAqua gently suggested, if you want the attention of Apple support, you need to reach out to them directly, and work with their more rigorous ways of problem solving:
