Multiple apple products but problem with Apple ID settings

2 laptops, 2 Iphones and one Ipad.... recently added a new macbook and now all my devices keep asking me to update Apple ID settings. It says some accounts services will not be available until I sign in again. When I try to sign in it it tell me Apple Id or password is incorrect. So I sat down and assigned a individual new password to each device, they all have the same Apple ID. 5 minutes later it is asking me to Update Apple setting again. It then will not take the new password that had been assigned to the device. What am I doing wrong?

If they are all logged into the same Apple ID, the devices/computers all require the same Apple ID password.

Eenter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if you can't recover the password using the steps above, you will need to use Account Recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the time the process takes.
