Cannot update latest version of safari
I can not update to latest version of Safari

If your Mac is too old to upgrade to a newer version of macOS – and therefore Safari – then your best option would be to use a third-party browser that is still being updated by its developer.
I suggest you take a look at Firefox browser or Brave browser.
