This is a download for Procreate. It is a .zip file. Apparently, I downloaded it 10 times, and can't seem to find it on my iPad, or the cloud. Could it be I can't find it because I did everything through Gmail, and Google??

I gave it a try. I looked up a .zip file that I created a few months ago and sent to myself through my Gmail account. I used the Gmail app and could either preview the contents or save it to "Files". If I clicked on the ZIP file icon I could preview what was in there or in the upper right corner there's a box with an upward arrow. One of the options was "Copy" and the one below was "Save to Files". At least for me the default was to save it to "iCloud Drive", but I could change that to "On My iPad" or "Downloads".

From the location where it was saved, a single click would unzip it with a directory of the contents, where I had several subdirectories where I could view the contents.

What kind of downloads? If you mean a file download, that would be in a folder called files. That could be anywhere if it was ever moved or even the icon deleted.

But you can find it by swiping left to the App Library and enter "Files". That should bring up where the files can be located including on the iPad and possibly what might have been saved to iCloud.
