Yesterday, I enrolled individual, but it is my mistake, I want cancel this service and refund my cost. Can I do this?. I’m trying create a refund request, but I can’t find this service when I create request in reportaproblem

For assistance with developer accounts, you will need to reach out to them specifically as develop accounts are unique. You can reach them through the Contact Us option at the top of Enrollment - Support - Apple Developer and they can look into options with you.
