Can I play my iPhone with my Apple watch?

Can I play my iPhone with my Apple Watch Series 7?

My car automatically pairs with my iPhone which I always have in my pocket when getting into my car. In order to play my audiobooks (in the [Apple] Books application) I need to take my phone out of my pocket and tell Siri to play my audiobook. Can I tell my Siri on my Apple Watch Series 7 to play my iPhone's Book App's audiobook?

No. You need to use your phone to do that in your car.
