AppleTV+ issues

I have the AppleTV subscription but it keeps asking me to sign up for free trial. I have reset the app, removed the app and reinstalled, signed out of my Apple ID and also tried on my phone with no luck. Any suggestions?

Yup. A bug hit the entire system about 15 mins ago.
